FSSA-Ombudsman for DMHA (060)
Position requires answering complaint calls for providers that are not certified or licensed by DMHA. The role is to try to resolve the complaint by providing additional resources. If there is a complaint about a provider, this position would document the complaint and complete any necessary investigation of the incident, which may entail reviewing consumer’s charts, provider’s policies etc.
Master’s Degree req. LMHC, LMHCA LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LMFTA required.
